In a critical encounter at the Asian Team Squash Championship in Dalian, China, Pakistan triumphed over India 2-1 on Friday, securing their spot in the semi-finals. Asim Khan set the pace for Pakistan by defeating India’s Rahul Baitha with a commanding 3-0 score.

India briefly gained ground when Velavan Senthilkumar outplayed Nasir Iqbal, winning 3-0. Iqbal, who was battling a fever, couldn’t perform at his usual standard, as explained by Pakistan’s coach, Fahim Gul.

With the match tied, Noor Zaman delivered an outstanding performance, winning 3-0 against Suraj Kumar Chand and sealing Pakistan’s advancement.
