Luke Littler to face Luke Humphries on opening night in Cardiff

Seventeen-year-old Luke Littler is set to have a rematch with Luke Humphries on the opening night of the 2024 Premier League Darts at Cardiff’s Utilita Arena on Thursday, 1 February. Littler gained recognition at the recent World Darts Championship where he narrowly lost the final to Humphries. Despite the defeat, Littler, who also won the Bahrain Masters last Friday, now has an opportunity to seek revenge.

In his debut at the championship, he came close to claiming the top prize. Now, Littler aims for success in the Premier League, starting with a challenging match against the world number one, Humphries. The Cardiff event will feature other notable matchups, including Gerwyn Price against Nathan Aspinall, Rob Cross against Peter Wright, and Michael van Gerwen against Michael Smith.
