Edmonton Oilers veteran Adam Henrique is expected to rejoin the lineup for Game 3 against the Dallas Stars, as reported by Jason Gregor of Daily Faceoff. Henrique missed Game 2 due to a lower-body injury, having last played in the opening game against Vancouver.

In six Stanley Cup Playoff games with the Oilers, Henrique has recorded one goal and one assist. The 34-year-old has accumulated six goals and nine assists, totaling 15 points in 34 career playoff games with the Oilers, New Jersey Devils, and Anaheim Ducks.

Henrique was traded from the Ducks to the Oilers at the deadline, along with Sam Carrick, in exchange for Edmonton’s 2024 first-round pick and a conditional 2025 fifth-round pick. Henrique ended the season with 51 points in 82 games, tallying six goals and three assists in 22 games with Edmonton.

Edmonton secured a 3-2 double-overtime victory in Game 1 against Dallas, with Connor McDavid scoring the game-winner. However, the Oilers lost 3-1 in Game 2, allowing Dallas to tie the series 1-1. The Oilers aim to reclaim the series lead on home ice tonight.
