ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s volleyball team triumphed over Australia by winning back-to-back matches in their three-match series, securing an unassailable 2-0 lead. The final match is scheduled for May 30.

In the second match at the Liaquat Gymnasium on Wednesday, Pakistan dominated Australia with a stellar performance. The Green Shirts narrowly took the first set 26-24, followed by a more comfortable 25-19 win in the second set, and sealed the victory with a 25-23 win in the third set.

This consecutive win not only gave Pakistan the second match but also ensured their overall series victory.

The match drew a large, enthusiastic crowd, filling the Liaquat Gymnasium with chants of “Pakistan Zindabad” as fans celebrated the triumph.

In the opening match of the series, the Green Shirts showcased their prowess by defeating the Kangaroos with set scores of 25-22, 25-22, and 25-20.
